1. I’d like to offer a massive screw you to my entire body today.

So Screw you bad cold, because I have lungs the size of Rome, and I couldn’t use them.

Screw you legs, for locking up, hurting, and generally just being a pain in the ass, that hill on Sunday was nothing, you’re pathetic, and walking the last 1.5 miles home was embarrassing.

Screw you hormones for making me cry all the way home, nice timing, couldn’t have waited could you?

Screw you weather, it’s like a water bath out there and I can’t handle heat never mind muggy.

And finally screw you motivation, you have abandoned me and I don’t want to run a mile, never mind 6 on Sunday and 13.1 on the 29th.

5 MILES SHOULD BE EASY< I RAN 17 LAST WEEK, THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME?

I’m having a bad day. I hope yours is better.
